At INFUSION we love to create bespoke wedding concepts for our couples, but we're equally as happy managing the day you've planned and designed yourselves. From large gatherings in unique venues to small, intimate elopements for two, or more, our services are designed to be flexible to suit your needs and wedding day budget.
What follows is a guide to what we do and indicative pricing, but we would love to prepare a custom package and quote for you, based on the vision you have for your wedding day and the type of help you need.

Our Coordination & On the Day Management service is perfect for you if you're confident planning your wedding celebration and creating your style concept, but want to enjoy the last month free of the stress of bringing all of the final details together.
My 20+ years Coordination experience will ensure the seamless execution of your wedding day plans and vision - giving you and your guests the opportunity to relax and celebrate on your wedding day. As well as being the main point of contact for your Vendors during the month before your wedding, I'll be there on the day to make sure that your furniture, decor and flowers are set up the way you envisioned. I will also manage all of the logistics, vendors and special details for your unique wedding experience.
This service includes creating & finalising the detailed timeline, overseeing the set-up and assisting with decor. We'll liaise with your vendors, assist your guests and manage any unforeseeable changes. Contact Infusion for more information and a full list of inclusions.

This service is for busy lifestyle couples who desire a wedding celebration which is stress-free and professionally organised right from the start. In collaboration with you, I will design a bespoke wedding concept infused with your personality, love story and vision.
I will assist in finding a unique wedding venue, manage your budget, source the perfect vendors & decor, and assure that your big day flows effortlessly. I will update you at every stage with regular meetings and emails. No longer do you have to settle for a stuffy hotel wedding. Let's create the wedding of your dreams together.

Why do I need a Wedding Planner and Stylist?
Your Venue Coordinator needs to be free to look after anything related to the venue and manage important details such as catering, staff and toilets. As your Coordinator, I will take care of your wedding party and ensure everybody is happy and get my hands dirty as needed. I will also supervise the design and styling of the venue to ensure your vision is executed beautifully.
